SCPRSA Ethics Chair Robert Reeves, APR,  led veteran public affairs strategist Chip Felkel, Greenville County government relations manager Julie Horton and WSPA news anchor Amy Wood in a discussion on ethics, “fake news,” and what it means for today’s PR professionals.

September is Ethics Month for PRSA chapters across the country. SCPRSA’s September program focused on the role of the PR practitioner at a time when “fake” news is a topic of debate. Separate panel discussions took place in Columbia, Greenville & Charleston to discuss how PR professionals can maintain ethical standards and elevate communications in today’s media landscape.
